Responsibilities Establishing and maintaining Guest Services. Supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store to drive sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage. Managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing and walking in excess of 8 hours, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
