Job Summary:
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides advanced, high-level support requiring a comprehensive knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and practices. This role supports departmental operations and executive coordination by managing multiple calendars, interfacing with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient administration of HR and talent programs. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and manage multiple calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate travel itineraries and process expense reports.
Support administration and timely execution of HR and Talent program processes.
Respond to complex or confidential inquiries and provide appropriate follow-up.
Manage and organize files, record-keeping systems, and department logistics.
Analyze existing processes and implement improvements for office operations.
Provide backup support for fellow administrative staff.
Act as a proxy in corporate systems as needed.
Manage and administer department timekeeping and payroll functions.
Organize and execute logistics for team meetings, events, training, and conferences.
Participate in planning and support of department summits, offsites, and all-hands events.
Collaborate across departments and support communication workflows.
Required Experience: Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience with timekeeping or payroll administration.
Nice-to-Have Experience: Prior exposure to HR or talent program administration.
Interest in or experience with Human Resources.
Experience supporting leadership teams or departments.
