Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.65 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue06:00 PM - 02:00 AMWed06:00 PM - 02:00 AMThur06:00 PM - 02:00 AMFri06:00 PM - 02:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted behaviors. Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures. Assist with crowd management and/or customer inquiries as needed during busy periods or special events. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly. Must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent as required by the client. Must be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
