Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri01:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat01:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun01:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with management and/or law enforcement as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or unauthorized access. Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or escorting authorized individuals as required. Document incidents, activities, and observations in daily reports in accordance with Allied Universal and client site requirements.
