Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun12:00 PM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activity or situations to the appropriate personnel. Assist customers, visitors, and employees as needed while maintaining a professional presence. Support emergency response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal guidelines. Document and communicate any incidents or concerns according to site and company procedures. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
