Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 11:30 AM - 11:00 PM Wed 11:30 AM - 11:00 PM Fri 11:30 AM - 11:00 PM What Youll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any concerns related to theft or property damage. Collaborate with store management and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
