As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent retail location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $14.45 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What Youll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or hazards. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required. Assist customers, employees, and visitors with general inquiries and directions within the location. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted activity. Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal and/or client representatives. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
