As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail and mall location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue05:00 PM - 01:00 AMWed05:00 PM - 01:00 AMThur05:00 PM - 01:00 AMFri05:30 PM - 01:30 AM What Youll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the retail or mall location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a positive environment for visitors and staff. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any irregularities. Observe and report any security-related issues or hazards encountered during patrols throughout the location. Assist visitors and tenants with directions or information as needed, maintaining a professional and approachable presence. Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when required, following established protocols. What Were Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
