Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $14.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct both regular and random patrols of the retail distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence. Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or property damage encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as required. Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal standards and client requirements. Assist with access control procedures, including verifying credentials and monitoring entry points. Support a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and vendors while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
