As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your main responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any concerns that may arise. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur04:00 AM - 12:00 PMFri04:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in and around the location. Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters as they arise. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances within the commercial real estate environment. Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal policies and client guidelines. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for positions involving driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
