As a Security Professional - Patrol - Full Time in Greenville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
