Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 PM - 11:30 PMTue12:00 PM - 11:30 PMWed12:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and addressing unauthorized behavior in accordance with site protocols. Collaborate with retail staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and provide a welcoming environment for customers and employees. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
