Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as directed by site policies. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related needs and support customer service initiatives. Document and communicate security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site-specific protocols. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
