Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Thur 10:00 AM - 03:30 PM Fri 10:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sat 10:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sun 10:00 AM - 03:30 PM What Youll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the location. Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries. Work collaboratively with retail staff and/or management to support security-related needs. Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and observations. Remain alert to potential security-related issues and communicate concerns to appropriate Allied Universal personnel.
