Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 AM - 07:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the retail location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution while maintaining professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shopping center and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any irregularities or incidents, including property damage, theft, or unauthorized persons, according to Allied Universal protocols. Assist with access control, monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or activity. Work collaboratively with retail staff, tenants, and/or local law enforcement when necessary to address security-related concerns. Provide visible presence throughout the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other disruptive behavior. Support Allied Universal in delivering high-quality security-related services tailored to the needs of the retail environment. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
