Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon09:00 AM - 09:00 PMTue09:00 AM - 09:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 09:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols. Collaborate with store personnel and/or local authorities as needed to address incidents or concerns within the retail environment. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and any actions taken during shift. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
