Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri03:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat03:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun03:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents within the location to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as needed, and maintaining a visible presence. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining awareness of surroundings and reporting any unusual activity. Collaborate with store management and/or law enforcement as directed in the event of emergencies or incidents. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
