Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 01:00 AMSat03:00 PM - 01:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious, unusual, or prohibited activities within the location to appropriate personnel. Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required. Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and client protocols. Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements is preferred for primarily driving posts. A guard card or license is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
