Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 PM - 02:00 AMTue06:00 PM - 02:00 AMFri06:00 PM - 02:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 02:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior. Document and report any incidents, irregularities, or unusual circumstances according to Allied Universal guidelines. Work collaboratively with retail staff and management to address security-related needs and provide support as required. Assist in guiding visitors and customers, offering directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
