Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.58 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents within the retail or mall location. Receive and document calls for service, emergencies, and/or incidents, relaying information to appropriate Allied Universal team members. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points through surveillance systems and/or communication with on-site personnel. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all calls, incidents, and dispatch activities as required by site-specific policies. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries from tenants, visitors, and/or employees in a professional manner. Support Allied Universal team members by providing timely information and updates regarding ongoing situations or incidents. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and protocols. Conduct regular checks of communication equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
