Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue11:00 AM - 07:00 PMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat12:00 PM - 08:00 PMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site-specific procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of patrols, incidents, and observations as directed by Allied Universal and site management. Support a welcoming environment by providing directions and assistance to visitors, tenants, and/or employees as needed. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
