This role requires attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow a standardized packing process. No warehouse system navigation or equipment operation is required. Key Responsibilities: Assemble product boxes by: Inserting the correct product items Adding required coolant/ice packs Sealing and taping boxes for shipment Work at a fixed station throughout the shift—no movement across warehouse zones Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing and safety Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet daily productivity and quality targets Collaborate with leads and supervisors to resolve any packing issues “ It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability. ” Qualification: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent 6 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position Ability to see, speak, hear, write, and understand the English language. Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check Company description Vistar customers are everywhere people work, play, and shop.
