Position Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Seasonal Warehouse Team Leader for weekend shifts! Starting September 15th, enjoy a Holiday Premium for weekend hours, with an additional peak holiday bonus starting November 24th. Your leadership will ensure outstanding service levels are achieved in our shipping, receiving, and replenishing departments. Position Details: Work Schedule: Seasonal Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Work Environment: At Duluth Trading Company, we thrive on strong in-person interactions, as our culture flourishes through collaboration and creativity. This position will be based in our Fulfillment Center located in Belleville, Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities: Lead and prioritize daily assignments for staff, maintaining weekly employee schedules. Monitor daily hours and provide accurate departmental cost tracking. Communicate proactively with other departments to ensure appropriate staffing levels. Spend significant time on the warehouse floor, assisting with workflow and fostering high team morale. Oversee hiring and training processes for new employees. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety, housekeeping, and attendance. Set and achieve quarterly goals in partnership with the FC Manager. Occasionally operate warehouse equipment as needed to maintain service levels. Conduct yearly performance reviews for direct reports. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent work experience. At least 1 year of experience as a lead or supervisor in a distribution/fulfillment center. Experience in direct-to-consumer fulfillment is a plus. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated urgency in meeting objectives. Exceptional leadership capabilities and proven coaching skills. Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for up to twelve hours a day. Frequently lift up to thirty pounds, with occasional lifting of up to seventy pounds. Perform tasks requiring frequent reaching, twisting, and bending. Work effectively in tight quarters. Manage moderate warehouse noise levels. Push/pull heavy equipment (up to five hundred pounds) as necessary. Engage in continuous hand and wrist movements. Work in a temperature range from 50 to 95 degrees.
