What You Will Do: Gain a thorough understanding of the Duluth brand and product offerings to provide friendly, solution-oriented service to our customers. Create personalized experiences for customers at every interaction point, including greeting, fitting room assistance, and checkout. Communicate current sales and promotions effectively to boost customer engagement. Recognize the importance of capturing customer emails to enhance sales and service opportunities and execute this task efficiently. Respond to customer concerns in a proactive manner, ensuring positive resolutions. Answer phone inquiries courteously, providing store details, directions, and assisting with customer orders. Support the team in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise efficiently. Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards, keeping the sales floor ready for customers. Ensure cleanliness across all areas including the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, and cash wrap areas. Process all register transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow all company policies and procedures consistently. Engage in additional tasks as directed by management. What We’re Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience preferred but not required. A strong customer-centric attitude. Pride in a job well done and commitment to store ownership. Integrity and trustworthiness in all actions. Excellent communication and listening skills. A collaborative team player. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Considerations: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching above shoulders and below the waist. Repetitive hand-to-finger motions and extended use of arms and hands. Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds. Comfortable climbing ladders and navigating varied heights. Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom environments.
