Position Overview: A successful Retail Team Member will aim to create WOW moments for customers. What You'll Do: Gain a deep understanding of the Duluth brand and product offerings to deliver friendly, solution-oriented service. Provide personalized customer service at every stage, from greeting to fitting room assistance to the checkout process. Communicate effectively about sales and promotions. Capture customer email information as part of sales and service procedures. Proactively address customer concerns and provide positive resolutions. Answer phone calls courteously, providing store information and assisting with orders. Assist in receiving, processing, and restocking merchandise. Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards. Keep the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, and hospitality areas clean and organized. Process register transactions accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as directed by management. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience preferred but not required. Customer-focused attitude. Pride in work and ownership of tasks. Integrity and trustworthiness. Strong communication and listening skills. Team player who collaborates effectively. Willingness to perform various duties as assigned. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Must be capable of standing or walking for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting required. Repetitive hand and arm motions are often necessary. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally. Ability to climb ladders and perform bending actions. Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas. Use a computer up to 60% of the time during shifts.
