What You'll Do: Become an expert on the Duluth brand and our product offerings to provide friendly, solution-oriented service. Remember, the customer is at the heart of our mission.

Personalize interactions every step of the way—from the greeting, to the fitting room, to the register.

Communicate promotions and sales effectively to enhance the customer experience.

Execute email capture efficiently as part of our sales and service strategy.

Proactively address customer concerns and provide positive resolutions.

Answer customer inquiries via phone in a friendly, helpful manner, providing store information and order assistance.

Assist with merchandise processing, receiving, and replenishing stock.

Maintain high standards for merchandising and presentation to ensure the sales floor is inviting and customer-ready.

Uphold cleanliness standards across all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock room, restrooms, and hospitality area.

Efficiently process register transactions with accuracy.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and practices consistently.

Take on additional duties as directed by management.

What We're Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Previous retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service.

Demonstrates pride in their work and takes ownership of store responsibilities.

Acts with integrity and builds trust with customers and team members.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Works collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to perform various tasks as needed.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.

Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting—both at low and high levels.

Repetitive hand and finger motions as well as reaching with hands and arms.

Capability to lift up to twenty pounds frequently, and up to forty pounds occasionally.

Ability to push or pull items weighing up to twenty pounds.

Comfortable climbing ladders and bending to reach items.

Work in various temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, particularly in stockroom areas.

Use a computer for tasks up to 60% of the time during your shift.
