What You'll Do: Become intimately familiar with the Duluth brand and product offerings to provide knowledgeable, friendly, and solution-oriented service. Deliver personalized interactions throughout the customer journey, from the initial greeting to the fitting room and checkout. Communicate current sales and promotions with enthusiasm. Engage customers for email capture as a key part of service delivery. Address customer concerns proactively, aiming for positive resolutions every time. Answer phones cheerfully, providing store information and assisting with customer orders. Support merchandise receiving, processing, and restocking efforts. Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring the sales floor is inviting and ready for customers. Uphold cleanliness standards across the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, and cash wrap area. Efficiently manage all register transactions with accuracy. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and expectations consistently. Take on additional duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is beneficial but not required. A passion for serving customers and putting their needs first. Pride in delivering excellent work and maintaining ownership of the store environment. Integrity and trustworthiness in all interactions. Strong communication skills and an attentive listener. A collaborative approach to working with team members. Willingness to take on other responsibilities as directed. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours daily. Frequent movements including reaching, bending, and twisting. Regularly performing repetitive hand and finger actions. Capable of lifting 20 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally, along with light pushing/pulling duties. Ability to climb ladders and maneuver through various workspaces. Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas. Use of a computer for up to 60% of the workday.
