What You’ll Do: Become an expert in the Duluth brand and our extensive product range to offer personalized and friendly service to every customer. Recognize that the customer is central to our mission, layering exceptional service throughout each interaction from greeting to checkout. Communicate effectively about sales promotions and the importance of capturing customer emails for optimal service. Proactively address customer concerns and provide positive resolutions. Answer phone calls pleasantly and provide store information and assistance with customer orders. Assist in the receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise. Maintain attractive merchandising, presentation, and display standards to keep the sales floor inviting. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms. Accurately process all register transactions efficiently. Adhere to all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned by management. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is a plus, but enthusiasm for customer service is what truly matters. Customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of pride and ownership in your work. Honesty and integrity in every situation. Excellent communication and listening skills. A team player who collaborates effectively. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day, frequently reaching, bending, and twisting. Regular use of hands for repetitive motions and reaching. Ability to lift up to twenty pounds frequently, with occasional lifting up to forty pounds. Comfortable working in varying temperatures (50 - 85 degrees), especially in stockroom areas.
