You'll also contribute to daily operations, including opening and closing tasks, and any additional responsibilities needed to help your team succeed. Merchandising: Maintain company standards for product presentation. Sales: Generate sales, create add-on opportunities, and build relationships with guests. Customer Service: Keep the guest experience as the top priority. Accuracy: Handle cash transactions and ringing up sales with precision. Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work under moderate supervision. Effective and confident communication skills. Detail-oriented mindset. Enthusiastic and friendly attitude. Qualifications: Must be able to stand and walk; talk or hear in person and by telephone; use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; and differentiate colors.
