About the Role In this position, you will be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service during the busy season. You will focus on efficient point of sale operations while ensuring each customer's experience is memorable and positive. What You'll Do Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and offering assistance with their shopping needs. Operate the cash register, scan products, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods accurately. Follow company guidelines to deliver courteous, friendly, and efficient service. Strive to meet or exceed individual sales goals, including credit and loyalty programs. Support inventory accuracy by properly completing all point of sale and merchandise handling tasks. Assist in training new team members on service standards and point of sale procedures, ensuring alignment with brand values. Participate in daily operational processes, such as register balancing and replenishing supplies. All associate roles include the following responsibilities: Act with integrity and foster a culture of teamwork and inclusion. Make thoughtful decisions, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary. Maintain a customer-first mindset by anticipating customer needs and effectively resolving issues. What Skills You Have Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and a keen eye for detail. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. No prior retail experience required, but a positive attitude is essential. Must be at least 16 years of age. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
