Key Responsibilities of a Seasonal Sales Partner: Deliver outstanding customer service while cultivating lasting relationships. Become knowledgeable about our diverse product categories and effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Meet and exceed goals related to sales metrics, including units per transaction and customer engagement. Stay informed about current promotions and merchandise offerings. Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with store displays, and ensure a tidy shopping environment. Help with inventory management including processing merchandise and restocking. Accurately handle sales transactions, maintaining proper cash and media accountability. Engage with store leaders to continuously develop your skills and improve performance metrics. Adhere to company policies, local and federal laws, ensuring compliance in all actions. Contribute to team efforts by performing additional duties as assigned by management.
