As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Qualifications include thriving in a customer-first based retail environment, demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment, effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
