Base pay $18.97/hr - $18.97/hr Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and attractive. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Uphold safety, cleanliness, and engagement by adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Maintain store policies and procedures in daily operations.
