Join us during our busiest seasons! Our Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associates play a crucial role in generating sales and providing exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service from the moment they enter the store to efficient checkouts. Engage customers by suggesting the right apparel and footwear. Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. Keep the store organized and tidy by stocking and cleaning regularly. Assist in both front and back of store operations as required. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA). Flexible availability for work schedules. Role Purpose: The Sales Associate will help meet store sales and KPI targets, providing customers with a unique experience reflective of Under Armour's brand values. This position reports to the Store Manager and includes various routine operational duties. Your Impact: Sales & Customer Experience Provide direct sales assistance to meet KPIs set by the Store Manager. Support omni-channel customer requests per Under Armour policies. Exhibit the Under Armour service culture while engaging with customers. Communicate brand messages in alignment with UA Service Model. Incorporate product knowledge during the selling process through training. Store Operations Maintain merchandise standards and floor sets. Follow Under Armour policies and procedures diligently. Complete operational and cash processing as per training. Adhere to our dress code and attendance policies. Meet scheduled working hours as per attendance policy. Team Collaboration and Self-Development Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals. Be accountable for personal growth and seize opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, and communication. Fluent in the local language. Proficient with computers and related technologies. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move products up to 25 lbs/12 kgs. Able to move about the store for extended periods.
