Hours: 20 hours per week Store Hours: Monday - Thursday: 10 AM - 8 PM Friday - Saturday: 10 AM - 9 PM Sunday: 10 AM - 7 PM Note: Weekend and dayshift availability is required. Welcome customers as they enter the store. Assist at the cash wrap as needed. Engage in operational tasks, including receiving and restocking merchandise. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor. Work in a dynamic, energetic environment. Assist with product launches by unloading trucks, unpacking boxes, building furniture, stocking shelves, and cleaning. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the shift supervisor. Adhere to all company policies and standards. Candidate Criteria: Preferred customer service experience, but open to entry-level candidates. Passion for customer service, with a drive to exceed sales goals. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Technical skills to learn required software quickly. Must have the flexibility to meet business needs. Maintain proper brand representation through communication, appearance, and professionalism. Physical Requirements: Regularly stand, walk, talk, and hear; handle and reach with hands and arms; occasionally sit, climb, balance, and perform physical movements such as crouching or kneeling. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Vision capabilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Working Hours: We aim to provide employees with schedules that respect work/life balance while considering scheduling preferences. Due to the retail nature of the role, shifts may vary but will be communicated at least two weeks in advance. Shifts may also have a schedule range of one hour before or after store hours.
