Job Overview

As a Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House Colleague, you'll play a vital role in keeping our store running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll help manage the flow of merchandise in and out of the store, carefully handle inventory, and maintain an organized stockroom. Every task you take on will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your dedication to teamwork will shine as you collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals and foster a positive workplace. Most importantly, you'll make every customer feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering your help whenever needed.

We're looking for flexible, team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you’re someone who can handle multiple tasks and is available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays then come be part of a team that’s dedicated to making every customer feel at home.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. What You Will Do

• Deliver customer service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance. Take the time to understand their concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience.
• Receiving and Unloading: Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks; unpack merchandise from vendor boxes; and remove merchandise from plastic bags and packaging.
• Sorting and Organizing: Sort and organize merchandise based on its type, size, or category. Ensure that items are properly labeled, tagged, or marked for easy identification and retrieval. Keep the receiving area clean and organized.
• Inventory Control: Apply Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags and conduct inventory scans with precision. Stay ahead of potential challenges by maintaining operational excellence and minimizing shortages.
• Processing and Signing: Complete all processing and receiving activities in accordance with productivity standards, timelines, and asset protection inventory control and compliance procedures.
• Stockroom Management:
