As a vital part of our stockroom team, you'll play an essential role in delivering on our commitment to every customer. Position Details: This position requires availability during these hours: 6:00AM - 11:00AM What You'll Do: Freight and Inventory Management: Efficiently unload, organize, and process freight shipments to ensure the timely movement of products from truck to stockroom and sales floor. Customer Order Fulfillment: Quickly and accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders, ensuring a seamless experience for in-store pickups and direct ship items. Stockroom Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment, facilitating quick replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor. Support the Sales Team: Work closely with sales associates to keep merchandise available, share updates on new arrivals, and aid in delivering exceptional customer service. Uphold Standards: Follow all company policies for safety, merchandising, and cleanliness, playing your part in maintaining our operational excellence. Assist as Needed: Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as requested by management to contribute to the store’s overall success. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory. A customer-centric attitude. Pride in your work and ownership of store responsibilities. Integrity and trustworthiness. Strong communication and listening skills. A collaborative team player. Willingness to perform diverse tasks as assigned. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting - both below the waist and above shoulders. Regular use of repetitive hand and finger motions, and reaching with hands and arms. Ability to lift up to twenty pounds frequently, and up to forty pounds occasionally. Push/pull weight up to twenty pounds. Capability to climb ladders and reach as needed. Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees, particularly in stockroom areas. Use of a computer for up to 60% of the day. Position Compensation: Compensation is $14.00 - 14.50/hour, based on several factors including location, experience, and qualifications.
