Position Overview: Join the team at Duluth Trading Company as a Seasonal Retail Customer Service Associate, where you will create exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. We place a strong emphasis on outstanding service, aiming to go above and beyond to make each customer's visit memorable. What You'll Do: Become well-versed in the Duluth brand and gain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Provide personalized service from greeting customers to assisting in the fitting room and at the register. Communicate current sales and promotions clearly to customers. Capture customer email addresses to enhance both sales and service quality. Proactively address customer concerns and work towards positive resolutions. Answer phones politely, provide store information, and assist with customer orders. Help receive, process, and replenish merchandise efficiently. Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards to ensure an inviting sales floor. Uphold cleanliness standards in all areas of the store, including sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, and cash wrap. Process register transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow all company policies and procedures closely. Perform any additional tasks as directed by management. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is preferred but not required. Strong customer-focused attitude. Take pride in your work and exhibit ownership of your responsibilities. Operate with integrity and build trust. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to perform various duties as assigned. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours daily. Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching. Repetitive hand and finger movements are required. Able to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally; push/pull up to 20 lbs. Capability to climb ladders, reach, and bend as needed. Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas. Use a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day. Position Compensation Outline: Compensation: $13.00 to $13.50/hour based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications.
