Position Overview
As a Seasonal Stock & Operations Associate , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our boutique runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a part-time, seasonal position that runs from mid-September through early January , with opportunity to transition to regular employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with shipping and receiving of merchandise • Tag and prepare new inventory for the sales floor • Maintain a clean and organized backroom and stock areas • Support the sales team by replenishing merchandise as needed • Uphold store standards for organization, accuracy, and efficiency • Contribute to the overall holiday experience for customers through reliable and timely support
What We’re Looking For
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn • Previous retail or stockroom experience is a plus, but not required
Details
• Starting pay: $17/hour
• Hours vary based on performance and store needs . Scheduled shifts may run anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours. • Seasonal roles run mid-September through the second week of January, with opportunity to transition to regular employment based on performance.
