As we showcase Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality, we’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead and inspire our Meta Store team. As a Meta Retail Store Manager, you’ll curate a world-class customer journey that blends high-touch service with innovative experiences. You’ll lead a passionate team that elevates every interaction into an opportunity for customer advocacy, brand loyalty, and lifestyle connection. Through immersive, hands-on demos, you’ll help guests not just explore—but truly live—the future of wearable and mixed-reality products. In this role, you will: Lead with passion and precision, balancing luxury-level service standards with operational excellence Inspire your team to deliver personalized, memorable experiences that drive customer acquisition, retention, and advocacy Uphold an atmosphere that reflects both the innovation of the brand and the elevated lifestyle experience our customers expect This is a full-time seasonal position running through the end of February 2026 with the potential to become permanent. Paid training will take place the week of October 27th, and the store is scheduled to open on November 13th. USD $90,000.00/Yr. Additional Compensation

Manage a team and the overall operation of the location, including but not limited to opening and closing, recruiting, training, performance management, inventory management, weekly and daily report outs on performance, team schedules, and program metrics Develop and execute various strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets Maintains sales support database; answers inquiries by researching, locating, and providing the desired information Determines the wants and needs of consumers while driving & closing the sale Increase sales of the client’s products and CSAT scores through your team Other tasks as assigned by management What You'll Bring
Experience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of retail sales management experience required 3+ years of customer-facing expertise in retail sales required Demonstrated strength in teaching/coaching techniques; positively influences and empowers others Skills and Attributes: Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal, and on-camera Performance Management and conflict resolution skills Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels and independently Ability to show patience and tact and remain calm under pressure High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision making Flexible availability with the ability to be on-call as needed Being Bilingual is a plus!
