Collaborate with a team of technicians to execute services effectively. Perform attic and crawlspace services, including insulation and encapsulation work. Engage in light carpentry tasks. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Maintain company equipment and manage reports using a handheld device. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance is preferred. A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent customer service. A team player with a positive, professional demeanor. The ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule effectively. Comfort working in various weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience using a metal brake for bending or shaping metal components. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Willingness to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
