ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Resolve customer questions, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and SMS
• Process customer orders over the phone
• Educate and assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Perform data entry using Windows and cloud-based software
• Use creative problem-solving to deliver a great customer experience
• Perform other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE & PAY:

• Monday–Friday, between 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM PT (set schedule provided)
• Pay: $17.00/hour
• Seasonal role: up to 6 months within a 12-month period
• No benefits or holiday pay for seasonal positions
