Role Marketing Manager We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing professional who will thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented food company committed to producing the highest quality products, who will also excel at collaborating across teams to deliver effective, integrated marketing initiatives from concept through execution. What You’ll Do Implement marketing strategies across Foodservice and Retail sales channels for the Schweid & Sons brand. Lead the development of creative assets and work with internal and external partners to produce targeted content that supports marketing initiatives and engages audiences across platforms. Ideate & Develop Creative Content & Ads: Produce visuals and video tailored to target audiences; adapt assets for multiple ad formats; maintain website design and layout to uphold brand consistency; execute brand voice in copy; collaborate with partners; test and refine creative based on performance data. Drive Consumer Marketing Efforts: Create an annual email content calendar; write, design and schedule emails for B2C and B2B; generate lead campaigns; analyze performance metrics; manage marketing budgets; manage YouTube content strategy. Determine Tactics and Execute for Schweid & Sons Foodservice & Retail Sales Support: Lead shopper marketing initiatives; create POS materials and sell sheets; develop branded presentation templates; partner with sales to identify customer needs; create content for paid media campaigns; monitor competitive activity for optimization. Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience in the CPG food industry, with emphasis on retail and foodservice channels. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, Canva, and native editing tools; strong PowerPoint design and delivery abilities; experience with email marketing platforms, digital ad creation, and content management systems; proficiency in YouTube and familiarity with other social media platforms. What We Offer The expected compensation for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
