Full-Time Care Needs: Stand-pivot transfers Client sleeps in a chair; support with repositioning Toileting assistance using a bedside commode Cleaning and sanitizing the commode after each use Walker and wheelchair support Client cannot be left alone at any time Sundowning dementia

requires redirection, reassurance, and calm structure Light housekeeping Meal preparation Assistance with bathing (sponge bath) Assistance with dressing Medication reminders Support with PT exercises High fall-risk safety monitoring Companionship and engagement This client benefits from caregivers who bring patience, structure, and a steady, reassuring presence throughout the day and night.
