About Your Role:
As an Outpatient Therapist/School Based Mental Health Therapist , you will be responsible for the provision of individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to each caseload within the school setting and at the clinic. Ensures completion of required clinical documentation related to individual caseloads in a timely manner. You will also focus on maintaining compliance with state and local regulations. This position requires travel appointment sites or other locations - as outlined in program requirements.

Competitive pay. Compensation Structure for Full-Time Therapists: During the first 90 days of employment, full-time therapists will receive an hourly rate of $20, for up to 40 hours per week, while actively building their caseload. After the initial 90-day period, compensation will transition to a billable/non-billable model: Billable hours will be compensated at a rate of $30-$32 per hour, based on experience and performance. Non-billable time will be compensated at a rate of $15 per hour. Please note, anytime during the first 90 days, one can choose to move to the billable/non-billable model. **If one has valid licensure in PA, as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW, billable rate would be more than advertised.
Does the following apply to you? Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline. Must have a verified clinical practicum
Or licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations - as outlined in program requirements What we offer:
