As an SAP MM/PUR Consultant focusing on retail, you will: Collaborate on preparing workshop content related to process design and change impacts across people, processes, and technology. Engage in understanding complex business processes and conduct Fit-to-Standard Analysis. Help define Non-Functional Requirements and validate sub-process designs with stakeholders. Review prototypes and ensure alignment with business needs. Assist in estimating work items and building initial project milestones. Execute deliverables and break them down into actionable tasks. Report daily status and identify testing needs in collaboration with Testing & Data teams. Participate in quality management reviews to ensure product designs meet requirements. Configure applications, conduct testing phases, and support end-user training. This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 2-3 days in the office. The primary office location is Nashville, TN, but qualified applicants from Houston, TX or Scottsdale, AZ may also be considered. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP in procurement processes. At least 1 year of experience with SAP merchandise procurement processes and their integration with Finance A/P. Bachelor's degree or 12 years of relevant work experience (6 years for associate degree). Bonus points for: Experience in SAP S/4 transformations and successful project implementations. Background in the Fashion/Retail Industry. Ability to drive workshops and present effectively to stakeholders.
