Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients on SAP functional transformation programs, leveraging your SAP application and functional process expertise. Engage with senior Finance executives to address business challenges and convey the potential benefits of SAP solutions. Lead clients in mapping their SAP journey, from developing business cases and roadmaps to engaging in sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations. Design comprehensive Financial solutions utilizing SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner solutions. Communicate SAP’s Business AI strategy, outlining capabilities and roadmap while identifying areas where AI can create value for clients. Implement AI use cases within SAP delivery to enhance efficiency and articulate how these improvements can benefit project outcomes. Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on industry best practices, integrating the latest SAP innovations. Head large project teams of various sizes, driving transformational roadmaps either onsite with clients or internally at Accenture. Become a trusted expert for clients and Accenture Leadership by staying updated on sector regulations, trends, and innovations. Act as a thought leader by building best practices and fostering the development of the next generation of transformation experts. This position may involve travel, with requirements ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business and client needs. What You'll Need: A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Delivery Lead overseeing large SAP transformation programs in SAP Finance and Retail (particularly Grocery), guiding clients through the creation of roadmaps, business cases, mobilization, execution, and achieving successful outcomes. 8+ years of experience leading SAP transformations for Retail clients (Grocery focus). SAP support or managed services experience is not applicable. At least 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations encompassing project planning, estimation, and solution architecture tailored for SAP Finance and Grocery retail clients. Proven experience managing extensive SAP delivery teams (50-100 personnel), including in a Global Delivery framework. Previous Consulting/Advisory experience is essential. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); for Associate's Degree holders, a minimum of 6 years work experience is required.
