• Sell roofing, window, door, and siding solutions to homeowners
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process for storm-related damages
• Build trust, demonstrate value, and close with confidence
• Own your pipeline and follow through with professionalism
• Represent The Third Estimate brand with pride

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (home improvement or in-home sales required)
• Experience in insurance claim sales is a major plus
• A competitive, coachable, and customer-first attitude
• Strong closing ability and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and follow-up habits
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record
