What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager to help optimize and grow our sales team across the Services side of AVNT, and eventually our in-house products division and more. You will be responsible for managing the current sales team alongside AVNT executives, helping grow the individuals within and their skills while tracking key metrics to optimize areas of improvement across our pipeline. Our goal for this role is to eventually have you leading the entire sales department within AVNT and becoming the Head of Sales. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain sales pipeline
Build out people and their skills to ensure team and company growth
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Generate, track, and report on sales team KPIs
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Build reports on individual and sales team performance
Negotiating on contracts/deals
Manage and coach team of sales representatives
Requirements:
3+ years experience as a sales associate or manager in the corporate/startup space
Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing
Experience using CRMs
Self-starter who thrives in fast paced environment
Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Nice To Have:

What We Offer:
Full Remote Work
$50,000-$120,000/yr
