Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the Sales team through coaching, motivation, and support to achieve their sales goals. Monitor financial data, inventory levels, and sales statistics to drive performance. Ensure that all products are well-stocked and effectively showcased for an engaging shopping experience. Manage employee aspects including payroll, recruiting, hiring, and training to build a strong team. Execute daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Promote our enriching Music & Arts lesson programs and support our talented educators.
